BFONX

The Biondo Focus Fund (BFONX)

The Fund's investment objective is long-term capital appreciation. High conviction portfolio with concentrated positions, typically 15 to 30 holdings.

Created to make our professional active management capabilities available to investors with assets below the threshold for a separately managed account. The Fund tracks the same corresponding strategies implemented in our separately managed accounts.

The Fund’s investment objective is long term capital appreciation. The Focus Fund seeks companies displaying growth characteristics such as growing earnings, disruptive technology, niche business segment and high barriers to entry; and may employ leverage, option strategies and warrants to further objective.

A strategy that we often recommend when investing in this fund is dollar cost averaging: buying a fixed dollar amount of a specific investment regularly, regardless of the price. This results in buying some shares when the price is low, and some shares when the price is high; potentially, resulting in a better cost basis overall. Trying to time the market with your investment can be extremely difficult and we believe that dollar cost averaging is a way to meet this challenge. Investors should consider their ability to continue purchases through periods of low-price levels or changing economic conditions. Such a plan does not assure a profit and does not protect against a loss in a declining market. Our fund is available through many brokerage platforms other than our own, UBS, Fidelity, and Charles Schwab included. Our Transfer Agent, Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC can also assist you in purchasing the fund.

What are the Risks?
Mutual fund investing involves risk including loss of principal. The Biondo Focus Fund may invest in medium and small-cap companies, which may be subject to more erratic market movements than large-cap stocks; foreign securities, which are subject to currency fluctuations and political uncertainty; derivative securities, which may carry market, credit, and liquidity risks; and fixed income securities, which are subject to interest rate, credit and inflation risks. The Fund may also invest in shares of other underlying funds, which may be subject to their own operating fees and expenses, and are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the strategy of the fund. These risks could include liquidity risk, sector risk, as well as risks associated with fixed income securities, real estate investments, and commodities, to name a few. The use of leverage may be employed which can magnify any price movements, resulting in high volatility and potentially significant loss of principal. The Fund may invest in shorted securities, which are often speculative and riskier than “long” positions, and losses are potentially unlimited. 3390-NLD-09/28/2023
