Receptionist/Administrative Associate
Full Time
Biondo Investment Advisors is hiring a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Associate for their Milford, PA location.
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phones/processing incoming calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Processing mail/shipments
- Perform Mail Merges
- Maintaining multiple Outlook calendars
- General Office upkeep
Three to five years of administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Excellent phone manners and communication skills a must. QuickBooks and PA Notary a plus.
