Genny has been with the firm since its inception and as a Partner since 2020. She has always admired the authentic, two-way dedication that exists between employees and management. Genny provides strong leadership and effectively guides the firm in initiatives that support our future progress.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), she oversees several departments, including Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Administration. As the primary liaison to the firm’s custody and clearance firm, she evaluates platforms to enhance operational efficiency and ensures clients receive personalized, high-quality service. Genny enjoys engaging with clients and working with a team that values commitment, loyalty, and personal passion that influences both internal and external actions.
Genny attended the New York Institute of Finance. Throughout her extensive career in the securities industry, Genny has held positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from P & S Department Supervisor to Director of Operations.
Genny has two children. Her son is a veteran of the US Air Force and Crew Chief for a Pro-Am Motocross Team and her daughter is a Special Education Teacher. She is a member of the Women’s Auxiliary for the Veterans of Foreign Wars POST #161, as well as a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks #645 and the local VFW.
