Nicole joined Biondo Investment Advisors in 2013, and enjoys the family atmosphere that she is a part of every day with clients and the team. As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, Nicole oversees regulatory compliance for the firm as well as general RIA compliance with federal and state laws and rules and regulations. She is also responsible for ensuring information, assets and technologies are adequately protected. Other duties include due diligence of new accounts and products, conducting employee cybersecurity training, lending advice and guidance on internal controls, compliance strategy, services and relationships.
Nicole began her career with an independent, CPA, CFP® in December 2003 as a Bookkeeper and grew through positions of increasing responsibility up to and including Assistant Manager.
Nicole’s formal education includes Accounting at Orange County and Sussex County Community Colleges and Education & Psychology at Rider University.
Nicole lives in Milford, PA, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family. Weekends are often spent watching her children participate in community clubs and sports, and traveling to meets with her oldest daughter, who competes on Pike Gymnastics Academy’s competitive team. Nicole also volunteers at her children’s school whenever possible.
